Salad chain Sweetgreen was forced to close one of its Boston stores after city health inspectors found 20 health code violations.

Seven of the violations at the Back Bay store were considered critical illness food-borne illness violations, such as employees wearing gloves continuously without changing them and not washing vegetables properly.
