DraftKings, the Boston-based online daily fantasy sports startup, has agreed to merge with its New York rival, FanDuel.
That’s according to former Fortune reporter Dan Primack, who said in a blog post on Wednesday that the deal could be announced within the next week. Primack cited three sources familiar with the situation.
DraftKings spokeswoman Sabrina Macias declined to comment on the report to the Business Journal.
