A group of taxi and limo operators has filed a lawsuit against ride-hailing company Uber, arguing that it has engaged in unfair competition tactics by cutting the price on its UberX service in an attempt to establish a monopoly on the ground transportation industry. The lawsuit brings charges under both state and federal anti-trust statutes.
