In a letter to Congress today, Gov. Charlie Baker, a Republican, said he wants to preserves parts of Obamacare. But he also laid out changes he’d like to see.

The letter was written in response to a request from House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy from California asking for ideas on how to reform the health care system.
